This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are granted for services provided by Wellness Gaines Fitness (“Company”, “We”, “Us”, “Our”). By using our services, you agree to this Refund Policy.

1. General Policy

We strive to provide high-quality fitness services and customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not satisfied with our services, please contact us at kyragaines@wellnessgainesrenton.com or call 206.922.8539 to discuss your concerns.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are considered under the following conditions:

• Group-Fitness Classes:

  • Refunds are available if you cancel your class reservation at least 24 hours before the scheduled class time.

  • If you are unable to attend due to medical reasons, a refund may be granted upon presentation of a valid medical certificate.

• Personal Training Sessions:

  • Refunds are available if you cancel your session at least 24 hours in advance.

  • If you are unable to attend due to medical reasons, a refund may be granted upon presentation of a valid medical certificate.

• Membership Fees:

  • Refunds for membership fees are granted if you cancel your membership within the first 7 days of signing up.

  • No refunds are available for partial months of membership.

3. Refund Process

• Your full name

• Contact information

• Details of the service you are requesting a refund for

• Reason for the refund request

We will review your request and respond within 5 business days.

4. Exceptions

Certain products and services may not be eligible for refunds, including but not limited to:

• Gift cards

• Promotional items

• Special events or workshops

5. Discretionary Refunds

Wellness Gaines Fitness reserves the right to grant refunds at our discretion in situations not explicitly covered by this policy.
